Skyways from the front.

A pretty standard Galaxi model from S.D.C. installed at the boardwalk in 1980, it was removed back in 2018 said to be undergoing repairs and returning in 2020. Unfortunetly it seems the park may have opted to replace the ride instead. It still could be possible that the ride will resurface later on, who knows!

Nearly the entire scene is filmed with the camera facing Mr.Bean so this is literally the best look at the coaster in the episode lmao.

This entry comes to us from the show Mr.Bean, which was a british sitcom that ran from 1990 to 1995. The show followed around the titular character Mr.Bean who very rarely spoke any dialog and ended up causing choas in his quest to do meanial tasks.

In this particular episode Mr.Bean accidentally kidnaps a baby on his way to the boardwalk, not one to allow this to ruin his free time he tries several things to keep the baby occupied while also being able to have fun himself. Skyways comes in after Mr.Bean leaves the baby in a coin-operated kiddie ride, of which he loaded with nine coins so it would go for a long time. Mr. Bean gets onto the coaster and blocks another man from getting into the front car with him before getting comfortable in the middle.

He then promptly falls asleep halfway through the coaster's run, having to be woken up by the ride operator.

By the end of the epsiode the baby is returned to the mother with no consequences to Mr.Bean for accidentally borrowing the baby for the afternoon.
